Transfers and Assignments Unit
The Transfers and Assignments Unit is responsible for organizing and managing workforce mobility within and outside the University through transfer, assignment, and secondment procedures, supporting the optimal utilization of human resources in accordance with approved policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Implement transfer procedures between University units.
- Implement assignment procedures between University units.
- Follow up on assignments to administrative positions.
- Implement transfers to entities outside the University together with the associated position.
- Follow up on secondment procedures to entities outside the University.
